The online ticket will be sent to your email/ phone

Online ticket must be used within 14 days from the time of the purchase.The tickets must be presented and checked at the cash register at the sauna.
Single tickets are not refundable.

The 12 times discount cards will be changed for plastic/ cardboard cards at the cash register.Be prepared to prove your right to a specific discount.If for reason of sickness, death or some other force majeure most of your card will be unused, you can fill in the form and negotiate about refunding. 
Annual cards are not sold online.
